While that's all positive, we rate both company's customer service as poor which is why we also want to introduce a new player in this space, Furrion. They may not be as well known but their quality speaks for itself and the customer support is typically better than both Norcold and Dometic.

Most brands in the industry do not sell to the public, as they honor the distribution network of dealerships and service centers. Warranty info still needs to go through the manufacturer or third party extended warranty company you got it through. For parts, we recommend buying from stores that actually know the brands they sell and can provide you with technical advice since these major brands can be difficult to deal with one on one, often pushing you to a service center for advice.
